Iron Elk Golf Club has partnered with The Motus Project to bring a fully equipped gym, TPI-certified fitness professionals, and golf-specific fitness programming directly to our members.
Through this partnership, members gain access to unlimited gym use, annual TPI screenings, monthly open gym sessions, in-season mobility training, small-group strength training, weekly micro-circuits, and member-only seminars and workshops.
This is a more complete golf membership built to help you move better, train smarter, and perform better on the course.

Monthly Open Gym Sessions
Monthly open gym sessions give golfers direct access to TPI-guided fitness coaching in a supportive training environment. The Motus team helps improve mobility, stability, strength, balance, and rotational power so you can move better, train smarter, and support a more consistent, efficient golf swing over time.

Annual TPi Screenings
Annual TPI screenings give golfers a professional look at how their body moves and how movement patterns may affect their swing. The Motus team uses the TPI assessment process to identify limitations, establish a performance baseline, and guide training for better movement, consistency, and long-term improvement.

In-Season Mobility Training
Our in-season mobility training helps golfers maintain healthy movement, flexibility, and body control throughout the demands of the golf season. The Motus team guides targeted mobility work to reduce stiffness, support recovery, and keep your body moving well so you can play consistently and perform your best over time.

Small Group Strength Training
Small group strength training gives golfers focused coaching in a motivating environment designed to build strength, control, and confidence.
